Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, screen, and contact potential clients to generate collaboration leads and carry out collaborative work.
• Introduce the company's related products and cooperation plans to customers through different channels in a simple and clear manner.
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Establish connections with top Web3 project teams worldwide to expand the company's network and influence.
• Identify qualified cooperation leads and arrange meetings to carry out business expansion work.
• Effectively utilize tools such as Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and other platforms to engage with potential clients and partners.
• Establish and maintain high-quality customer databases and business cooperation activity reports in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the company's value proposition.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as operations, product, and technology.
• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems and a network of contacts within the industry.
• Proficiency in using social media and communication tools like Telegram, Twitter, and Discord.
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain detailed records and reports.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing partnerships or collaborations within the blockchain or decentralized technology space.
• Knowledge of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and other Web3 technologies.
• Multilingual abilities to engage with a global client base.
