Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the European crypto market
- Develop strategic partnerships with blockchain projects, exchanges, and financial institutions

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
- Deep understanding of European regulatory frameworks for digital assets
- Excellent networking skills with blockchain professionals and investors
- Fluency in English and at least one European language (French, German, Spanish preferred)
- Strong analytical abilities for market assessment and opportunity identification
- Ability to negotiate complex partnership agreements and contracts
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols, blockchain infrastructure, and NFT ecosystems
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business development or related fields
- Master's degree or equivalent in business, economics, or cryptocurrency studies
- Certifications in blockchain technology or digital asset management are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and client relations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and investor behavior
- Experience with crypto marketplaces, exchanges, and wallet solutions is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills for overcoming market entry challenges
- Ability to create and deliver compelling business presentations
- Strong organizational skills for managing partnership timelines and deliverables
- Excellent knowledge of European market trends and consumer preferences
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing crypto market conditions
