Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility and business growth in the local market through strategic partnerships and influencer marketing initiatives. This role requires proactive identification of high-impact KOLs, communities, and collaborative projects to expand the company's market presence. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, while continuously monitoring performance metrics to optimize results. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with local KOLs, influencers, and community partners to enhance brand credibility and user engagement
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies for different channels, including social media, content platforms, and offline events, to maximize reach and conversion rates
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Conduct regular market research to monitor industry developments, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior patterns
  • Prepare detailed reports on channel performance, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations for senior management review
  • Manage budget allocation for influencer campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending while maintaining quality standards
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain innovation and competitiveness

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand management, or related fields with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to interpret performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and familiarity with key industry players and competitors
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently
