Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development and Channel Management
  • Develop B2B clients in North American and European markets, including cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, security service providers, and project initiators.
  • Independently identify potential clients, follow up on cooperation leads, and drive business cooperation from negotiation to implementation.
  • Establish and maintain an agent channel network, optimizing the cooperation model to increase market share.
• Industry Resource Integration
  • Deeply engage in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and establish strategic partnerships with leading enterprises (e.g., Keystone, Ledger, Tangem, Binance).
  • Regularly analyze industry trends and competitor dynamics to provide insights for product iteration and market strategies.
• Customer Relationship Maintenance
  • Communicate efficiently with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation by coordinating cross-departmental resources (technology, product, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth project progress.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of the North American and European markets, with a network of potential clients and partners.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as technology, product, and legal.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
