Job Description
Responsible for driving user acquisition and growth through strategic collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in first- and second-tier exchange contracts. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for departmental platforms, focusing on expanding market reach and enhancing user engagement. Lead the exploration and integration of diverse marketing channels, including news media, vertical media, investment communities, and industry influencers, to create effective market deployment strategies. Monitor market dynamics and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and platform optimization. Implement OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks for customer acquisition, channel expansion, and user retention, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute KOL commission agency strategies for high-priority exchange contracts, leveraging relationships in first- and second-tier markets.
- Design and implement platform recruitment initiatives, including data analysis, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
- Identify and integrate new marketing channels, such as TG, Twitter, and DC communities, to maximize market penetration and sales conversion.
- Develop high-quality market deployment plans by analyzing trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior.
- Monitor real-time market data and provide timely feedback to optimize platform performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate opportunities, risks, and competitive landscapes in the investment industry.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of market insights by validating data sources and cross-referencing findings.
- Support the creation of SEO and digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract targeted audiences.
- Coordinate with quantitative teams and strategy optimization specialists to refine data models and improve campaign efficiency.
