Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and execute the company's business strategy on continents or regions, formulate the company's derivative business goals and implementation strategies.
  • Establish and manage a regional contract business team to ensure the overall business goals of the company's region are achieved.
  • Lead the expansion of regional contract channels and the implementation of KOL strategies, achieving full chain connectivity from B2B business cooperation to C user traffic.
  • Execute various market and marketing activities based in the region.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business strategy development and execution at a regional or continental level.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to establish and manage high-performing teams.
  • Experience in channel expansion and KOL strategy implementation.
  • Ability to execute market and marketing activities effectively within the region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster B2B and C user connectivity.
