Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the research, development, and implementation of backend systems for our exchange platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences and robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for backend research and development, including requirement analysis, design, and technical implementation to enhance the exchange platform.
- Conduct functional planning for company products, and handle code development, debugging, and maintenance for assigned modules.
- Actively respond to exchange demands, and execute development, customized development, and timely delivery of solutions.
- Participate in optimizing the company's product architecture and performance, providing technical support for other modules as needed.
- Assist in completing various other technical development tasks to support the overall goals of the team.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in backend development, with a strong understanding of system architecture and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go, and familiarity with database management systems.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively respond to exchange demands and coordinate with other teams.
