Job Description
This role focuses on managing and enhancing relationships with global and local KOLs, partners, and customers to drive business growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with global/local KOLs, partners, and customers.
- Handle agent inquiries, issues, and account problems to foster stronger alliances.
- Negotiate contracts with new alliance partners and renew existing agreements.
- Develop new alliance cooperation proposals based on ROI analysis.
- Establish and optimize alliance services while enhancing rights through cross-functional collaboration.
- Train BD team members to improve professionalism and service quality.
- Plan and execute online/offline alliance activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with agents, BD teams, and cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition and conversion.
- Analyze data reports to evaluate activity effectiveness and partner performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor developments to refine alliance strategies.
