Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the payment docking work of digital currency exchanges, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with payment service providers.
• Conduct market research on global payment channels, evaluate and introduce new payment solutions to optimize users' payment experience.
• Coordinate communication and cooperation among various departments within the company to ensure the smooth operation and efficient integration of the payment system.
• Monitor and analyze payment data, promptly identify and resolve issues that arise during the payment process, and improve payment success rates and user satisfaction.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of payment-related projects, assist the technical team in completing the development and testing of payment systems.
• Assist in optimizing the platform's fiat currency channels and enhancing the user recharge experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment channel management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital currency exchanges and payment systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret payment data and identify trends.
• Experience in project management and working with technical teams is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global payment service providers.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to digital currency payments.
• Familiarity with fiat currency payment channels and optimization strategies.
