Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution - Develop and execute global business expansion strategies to drive user growth, market penetration, and revenue goals. Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business progress, and report results and optimization directions to the executive team.
• Ecological Cooperation and Resource Integration - Identify and establish cross-industry strategic cooperation relationships, focus on expanding KOLs and influence nodes in finance, technology, media and other fields, and enhance the brand's global voice.
• Team Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Build and manage a high-performance BD team, set goals, provide resource support and career guidance, and drive individual and team performance to meet standards. Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and other departments to ensure that business actions align with the company's overall strategy.
• Market Insights and Industry Influence - Conduct in-depth analysis of global cryptocurrency market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities, and output actionable business strategies.
• Innovation-driven and Compliance Management - Continuously track the technological evolution, regulatory policies, and emerging models in the cryptocurrency field, promoting business innovation and risk avoidance.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in global business development and strategic planning, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
• Strong track record of building and managing high-performance teams
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and competitive landscapes
• Demonstrated ability to establish strategic partnerships and expand influence networks
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to collaborate across departments
