- Develop and implement the company's overall business development strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify and cultivate industry partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners
- Explore potential clients and collaboration channels to facilitate project implementation
- Manage key client relationships to enhance cooperation depth and long-term partnership stability
- Participate in business negotiations, formulate cooperation proposals, and advance partnership processes
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and other departments to jointly promote business development
- Conduct regular analysis of industry trends and market opportunities to provide business expansion recommendations
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, BD or sales-related roles
- Candidates with extensive business resources or client networks will be given priority
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong communication/coordination abilities
- Preferred experience in internet, finance or Web3/blockchain industries
- Strong market insight and business expansion capabilities
- Team management experience is preferred
- Highly responsible, goal-oriented with strong execution ability
