Job Description:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's overall recruitment process. This includes posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' basic competencies and job fit, then arrange qualified candidates for second-round interviews with department heads. Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding process, assisting with new hire orientation, probationary periods, and exit procedures. Your role will also involve maintaining and optimizing recruitment channels to enhance efficiency, managing employee relations, and supporting team coordination. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and improvement of the company's HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate second-round interviews with relevant department managers.
- Facilitate onboarding, probation, and offboarding procedures.
- Optimize recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency.
- Handle employee relations and assist in resolving workplace communication issues.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and workflows.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment and conducting interviews independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate job roles and engage candidates.
- Outgoing, confident personality with strong interpersonal and judgment abilities.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly proactive in task execution.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Google Docs).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Residing in or near Kuala Lumpur with availability for occasional in-person meetings.
- Knowledge or recruitment experience in Web3/blockchain industry is a plus.
