Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful professional to join our team as a Cross-Chain Business Development Specialist. This role focuses on expanding our cross-chain ecosystem and driving strategic partnerships in the Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing external business resources related to cross-chain operations to facilitate at least 2 successful external collaborations
- Develop deep understanding of cross-chain bridge core business logic and actively participate in business rule specification
- Prioritize and execute partnership development plans with other teams in the Web3 ecosystem
- Expand application scenarios and ecosystem of DODO Dexpert through strategic collaborations
- Identify and create new revenue streams through innovative partnerships
- Represent the company at global conferences and meetups to build professional networks
- Organize promotional activities to enhance brand visibility of dodohain
- Engage with local resources and KOLs across multiple global regions to develop local markets
Additional Requirements
- Proven track record in business development within blockchain/crypto industry
- Strong existing network of Web3 and cross-chain ecosystem contacts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel globally for conferences and business meetings
- Deep understanding of DeFi and cross-chain technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by the number and quality of partnerships established, revenue generated through collaborations, expansion of ecosystem applications, and growth in brand awareness within the Web3 community.
