Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Fully own DODO's products, including finding direction and implementing product strategies
• Drive product growth through data analysis and enhance brand influence in the market
• Understand exchange user growth patterns and translate them into effective product design
• Constantly monitor industry progress and maintain high sensitivity to emerging DeFi trends
• Have practical experience with DeFi products and deep understanding of on-chain product module structure
• Maintain strong control over product progress and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Lead the development of cross-chain bridge and cross-chain trading products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain/DeFi space
• Deep understanding of on-chain product module structure and implementation details
• Practical experience with DeFi products and protocols
• Hands-on experience with cross-chain bridge and cross-chain trading products
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to product development
• Excellent product design skills with ability to translate user needs into features
• Ability to monitor industry trends and adapt product strategy accordingly
• Strong project management skills with ability to control product progress and quality
• Team leadership experience is highly preferred
• Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cryptocurrency exchanges or blockchain startups
• Technical background or ability to understand smart contract implementations
• Experience with product growth strategies in Web3 environment
• Strong network in the blockchain and DeFi community
