Key Responsibilities

• User Support: Provide timely support to users, address inquiries and complaints, and ensure a seamless trading experience.
• Partnership Management: Maintain strong relationships with project teams, regularly communicate to understand their needs, and offer tailored support and recommendations.
• Market Analysis: Monitor digital currency market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide actionable reports to support strategic decision-making.
