Job Description
This position is responsible for driving the company's growth in the local market through strategic partnerships and community engagement. The candidate will identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, local communities, and potential collaborators to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. By leveraging these relationships, the role aims to achieve measurable user growth, increase transaction volume, and establish long-term partnerships that align with the company's business objectives. The individual will also oversee the implementation of influencer marketing strategies, ensuring they are executed effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and potential partners to support the company's market expansion goals.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to the local market, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Track and analyze the performance of channel partnerships, including metrics such as engagement rates, conversion data, and ROI, to identify areas for optimization.
  • Monitor local industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns that drive user acquisition and transaction growth.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably with a focus on local market strategies and partnership development.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media analytics, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats in the local industry.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite) for tracking and reporting partnership metrics.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and local communities.
