Job Description
As a Business BP (Business Side Market Expert) within the Marketing Department, the primary role involves overseeing the coordination and execution of core asset business operations across the exchange platform. This includes managing fiat currency, staking, derivatives, and other asset-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position requires proactive project management, from planning and implementation to final delivery, with a focus on delivering comprehensive project summaries and reviews. Additionally, the role entails developing and executing strategic PR initiatives for the business side, creating data-driven marketing reports, and identifying emerging market trends to inform promotional strategies. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring public opinion, managing crisis events, and maintaining brand visibility through coordinated media outreach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the development of core asset business operations, including fiat currency, staking, derivatives, and other exchange-related services.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of asset project promotions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead project lifecycle management, controlling progress from initiation to final implementation while producing detailed project summaries and reviews.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies for the business side, including creating promotional plans and data-driven analysis reports.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring promotional activities remain relevant and competitive in the dynamic market landscape.
  • Monitor public opinion and manage crisis events, including anticipating potential risks, coordinating cross-departmental responses, and mitigating reputational damage.
  • Ensure consistent brand exposure by producing high-quality media content across multiple platforms, including both official and third-party channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a cohesive and effective marketing strategy for all business assets.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in market operations and project management, with a focus on asset-based business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of PR and marketing principles, including campaign development and media relations.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for business decisions.
