Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events including but not limited to launch parties, developer conferences, and player tournaments
• Develop and implement event strategies that enhance user engagement, promote product adoption, and strengthen community relationships
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to align event objectives with overall business goals
• Track event performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to expand our event network
• Oversee event execution from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional attendee experiences
• Stay updated on emerging trends in Web3 technology and gaming industry to innovate event formats and content
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for event production, technology integration, and on-site support
• Develop event documentation including SOPs, risk assessments, and post-event reports for internal review and knowledge sharing

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in event management with a minimum of 3 years in the gaming or Web3 industry
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication abilities, including public speaking, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural coordination
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, and Web3 concepts to effectively engage with our target audience
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools for tracking event progress and deliverables
• Ability to create engaging event content that aligns with our brand voice and community values
• Experience with event technology platforms for registration, ticketing, and real-time data tracking
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges during event execution
• Strong attention to detail for ensuring event quality and compliance with brand standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve event objectives
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field with relevant industry experience
• Preferred: Fluency in English and at least one additional language for international event coordination
• Preferred: Experience with Web3 platforms and tools for event integration and blockchain-based activities
• Preferred: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale events with attendance exceeding 1,000 participants
• Preferred: Familiarity with gaming industry trends and player behavior to create targeted event experiences
