Job Description
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's cloud infrastructure, containerized platforms, and production environments to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, maintain, and continuously optimize cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and production environments to ensure system stability, security, and efficiency.
- Plan, deploy, scale, upgrade, and maintain Kubernetes clusters, supporting large-scale, multi-node, and multi-environment deployments.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate code building, testing, deployment, and rollback processes, improving development efficiency and reducing manual operations and release risks.
- Support service deployment, configuration management, service discovery, traffic governance, auto-scaling, and troubleshooting in microservices architecture.
- Develop and enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response systems to quickly identify and resolve production issues, improving system availability and recovery capabilities.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to containerize applications, design deployment architectures, and troubleshoot production issues, promoting standardization across development, testing, and operations.
- Participate in deploying and maintaining high-security infrastructure such as TEE and signing services, improving key management, access control, and network isolation mechanisms.
- Continuously optimize infrastructure resource utilization, system performance, and cloud service costs while documenting tools, technical standards, and operational procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of DevOps experience in dex, perps, or on-chain exchange operations.
- Strong Linux fundamentals, including system commands, shell scripting, network protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Go or scripting languages (Python/Shell) for automation development.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment, scaling, upgrades, troubleshooting, resource scheduling, and RBAC.
- Expertise in Docker/containerization and microservices deployment across multiple nodes/environments.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or Tencent Cloud) in production environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD).
- Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Sentry) for incident resolution.
- Understanding of networking components: security groups, load balancers, reverse proxies, DNS, certificates, and service communication.
- Excellent cross-team communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters or high-concurrency production systems.
- Knowledge of TEE, remote attestation, or secure signing services.
- Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
- Background in blockchain, wallets, trading systems, fintech, or high-security operations.
- Understanding of key management (KMS, HSM, multi-sig, access isolation).
- Experience with service mesh, canary releases, auto-rollback, and multi-AZ deployments.
