Job Description
The Go Backend Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining core blockchain trading modules, including Meme coins, multi-chain tokens, smart contracts, and prediction markets. This role involves integrating with DEXs and blockchain RPCs to implement functionalities such as on-chain signing, order placement, transaction broadcasting, and receipt parsing. Additionally, the engineer will build systems for collecting, cleaning, aggregating, storing, and distributing on-chain market data and Meme ecosystem metrics. This includes developing services for token monitoring, new coin detection, whale wallet tracking, and popularity indicators to support AI-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on backend services for blockchain trading platforms, ensuring high availability, concurrency, and low latency.
- Design decoupled solutions for complex trading states and implement robust monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Lead engineering efficiency initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, canary releases, and production operations.
- Participate in business requirement reviews and technical design for Meme coin trading products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Research blockchain and Meme sector trends to propose architectural improvements and innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, networking, and operating systems.
- Proficiency in Go programming with experience in asynchronous and concurrent systems.
- Expertise in MySQL, Redis, and message queues like Kafka; distributed systems experience required.
- Deep understanding of high-concurrency architecture, distributed transactions, and state management.
- Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (EVM/Solana) and hands-on experience with DEX integration or Meme coin projects.
- Familiarity with Meme ecosystem dynamics, including market trends and on-chain analytics.
- Self-driven curiosity about Web3 and AI trading, with proactive learning capabilities.
- Mastery of AI-assisted development tools for full-cycle engineering tasks (design, coding, testing, optimization).
- Proven ability to validate AI outputs through testing, static analysis, and security protocols.
- Portfolio demonstrating AI/Agent-enhanced development workflows with measurable efficiency gains.
