Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Community Growth Manager to drive user engagement and expansion within the Bitverse community. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of growth initiatives to enhance community performance and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall user growth planning and growth strategy of the Bitverse community, timely optimizing iterative growth strategies, and accountable for the final growth results.
  • Independently develop phased community operation goals and plans, achieve efficient community conversion, promote activation and retention, and be responsible for data results.
  • Regularly plan and execute community activities, promote the implementation of activities and timely follow up on the optimization and adjustment of activity effects, and be responsible for the final activity effects.
  • Independently output community operation SOP, activity related QA documents, and continuously optimize community operation workflow.
  • Communicate and connect with industry KOLs and community leaders, promote relevant cooperation, and continuously follow up and maintain it.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management, growth strategies, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with KOLs and community leaders.
  • Ability to independently develop and execute operational plans and workflows.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on driving engagement and retention within the community.
