Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition and retention strategies to expand Bitverse's market presence.
• Optimize the platform's core features, including MeMe spot trading, smart money selection, and AI-driven trading tools, to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of "Chain+Wallet+Trading" architecture for MeMe and mainstream coin contracts.
• Develop and maintain the one-stop native contract trading platform, delivering Hyperliquid-like capabilities with zero slippage, zero gas fees, and high capital utilization rates.
• Ensure robust security protocols by supporting custodial (MPC wallet) and non-custodial (mnemonic wallet) options for asset management across ecosystems.
• Enhance the Ton Ecological Mini Program (Bitverse Dollar) to facilitate points-based trading and direct settlement via USDT, enabling efficient conversion of high leverage points.
• Integrate universal wallets that bridge BTC and non-BTC ecosystems, embedding industry-first security solutions for seamless asset management.
• Monitor and analyze user behavior to refine trading strategies and improve platform performance for both professional and novice users.
• Stay updated on blockchain trends and market demands to continuously innovate and adapt Bitverse's offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a user-friendly interface for trading activities.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain-based trading platforms or fintech product development.
• Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, including smart contracts, liquidity pools, and capital efficiency.
• Technical expertise in wallet integration (custodial/non-custodial, MPC, mnemonic) and trading infrastructure optimization.
• Knowledge of AI-driven trading strategies and automation tools (e.g., sniping, Twitter scraping) for algorithmic trading.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present product features to stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into actionable improvements for trading experiences.
• Experience with cross-platform development (mobile, web) and ecosystem integration (BTC, non-BTC, Ton).
• Proficiency in security protocols and risk management practices for digital asset platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges in scaling user growth.
• Knowledge of market trends and user behavior analysis to refine product positioning and strategy.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving blockchain technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English and/or other languages for global market engagement.
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks for cryptocurrency trading platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate platform performance metrics (e.g., TPS, slippage, gas fees) and optimize them.
