Job Description
This role focuses on building and managing regional communities for crypto wealth management platforms, establishing KOL partnerships, driving user conversion, and organizing localized events to enhance engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Community Building & Management
- Establish targeted crypto wealth management communities (Telegram, Discord, or other localized platforms) in high-net-worth regions.
- Define clear conversion and referral funnels for each regional community.
- Collaborate with content/social media teams to deliver 1-2 high-value educational/market analysis posts weekly.
- Regional KOL Matrix & User Acquisition
- Develop long-term KOL partnership networks in target regions.
- Conduct joint AMA sessions, distribute exclusive invite codes, and offer community-specific yield boosts with local KOLs.
- Transition KOL collaborations from one-time campaigns to long-term revenue-sharing models tied to AUM.
- Community Conversion
- Design deposit incentive mechanisms linked to community reputation systems.
- Foster trust-based referrals by encouraging users to share investment experiences.
- Track monthly conversion metrics and implement iterative optimizations.
- Localized Events
- Organize quarterly offline meetups (e.g., strategy workshops, networking sessions) in key cities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community growth, preferably in fintech/crypto sectors.
- Strong network of regional KOLs and influencers.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in conversion funnel optimization.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
- Ability to travel for offline events.
