Job Description
The APAC Marketing & Community Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across the APAC region. This role involves close collaboration with global teams and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness in the APAC region.
- Coordinate and manage regional external marketing and community contributors.
- Use data analytic tools to study market trends and monitor community engagement.
- Create compelling content for social media channels to boost audience interaction.
- Coordinate and host Twitter spaces and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) for the APAC community.
- Build and nurture future community ambassadors in APAC to drive long-term sustainable community programs.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with global marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing and community management, preferably in the APAC region.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data tools to track engagement and trends.
- Excellent content creation skills for social media and community engagement.
- Ability to coordinate and host virtual events such as Twitter spaces and AMAs.
- Experience in identifying and nurturing community ambassadors and KOLs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
- Fluent in English, with additional APAC languages being a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in blockchain, tech, or fintech industries.
- Existing network of KOLs or community leaders in the APAC region.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate in community engagement strategies.
