Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding community manager/leader to help Tradoor establish visibility and appeal globally. The ideal candidate should be an experienced crypto community manager or marketer with complete experience in operating the entire lifecycle of Web3 communities. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster engagement within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Become the spokesperson for Tradoor in the community, sharing updates, product features, and progress while guiding discussions.
- Responsible for user education, leveraging deep community operation methodology and implementation experience to plan and execute activities.
- Track and analyze community dynamics and progress to improve engagement and achieve KPIs.
- Identify key contributors and community stars, building strong relationships to enhance community development.
- Design and manage community ambassador programs to establish thriving global communities.
- Utilize diverse community bots and tools to enhance community recommendation systems and attractiveness.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a crypto community manager or marketer with expertise in Web3 community lifecycle management.
- Strong proficiency in English (mandatory requirement).
- Ability to strategize and execute community engagement initiatives.
- Experience in designing and managing ambassador programs.
- Familiarity with community management tools and automation bots.
- Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and optimize engagement.
