Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Community Manager/Head to help build awareness and traction on a global scale. The ideal candidate is an experienced crypto community manager or marketer that has a track record of building and engaging with crypto communities. You must speak English fluently.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the voice of Tradoor in the community, to share and feed all updates, products, features and achievements, and guide the discussions in the community
- Be responsible for the user education, design tailored campaigns for the community to drive engagement and achieve KPIs
- Track and analyze the growth of the community to identify new opportunities for engagement
- Recognize the key contributors and community stars, build and maintain relationships with them to enhance the community
- Design and manage the community ambassador program, build robust and flourish communities in different worldwide
- Sophisticated in diversified community bots and tools, build community referral system and traction
- Identify key events and speaking opportunities
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a crypto community manager or marketer with a track record of building and engaging crypto communities
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and tools
- Ability to analyze community growth metrics and identify engagement opportunities
- Experience in designing and managing community ambassador programs
- Familiarity with community bots, tools, and referral systems
- Ability to identify and leverage key events and speaking opportunities

- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in community management
