Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Community Manager to engage with our customers and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing community interactions, creating content, organizing events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
  • Write and publish content in your community’s language to maintain active communication.
  • Organize and manage virtual and live events to boost brand awareness and community involvement.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and influencers to expand our network.
  • Host or attend Discord AMAs, Telegram events, and Twitter Spaces to foster community interaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and Origin product updates to ensure relevant and timely communication.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the community’s language.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in organizing and hosting virtual and live events.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest digital technology trends.
