Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for outputting Web3 industry-related content and community operation content to achieve standardized content output.
• Operate and maintain platform-related content media and communities, including Twitter, Medium, Discord, Instagram, and Reddit.
• Plan and implement community activities, gather feedback, and facilitate communication to foster engagement.
• Develop tailored community operation plans based on the product lifecycle, focusing on content, activities, and user engagement.
• Lead users and promote user activity through strategic initiatives across three major modules: content, activities, and users.
• Provide valuable insights to users to help optimize products and operational activities.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms like Twitter, Medium, Discord, Instagram, and Reddit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the community effectively.
• Ability to develop and execute community engagement strategies tailored to different product stages.
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan and implement engaging community activities.
• Analytical skills to gather user feedback and provide actionable insights for product and operational improvements.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
