Job Description:
Position Title: Community Event Operations (Web3 Focus)
Job Overview: Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing community activities aimed at enhancing user engagement, strengthening community cohesion, and directly driving core business metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Full-Cycle Management:
- Independently manage the entire process from ideation, planning, resource coordination, promotion to execution, and post-event optimization.
- Design diverse event formats, including but not limited to AMAs, themed discussions, trading competitions, and creative contests.
- Accurately plan event budgets and efficiently manage internal and external resources.
- Growth-Oriented & Goal Achievement:
- Design activities strongly linked to core business objectives (e.g., user growth, trading volume, content creation, brand exposure) with clear KPIs.
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and activity metrics through incentive mechanisms.
- Monitor event data, conduct in-depth reviews, and continuously iterate event models to improve ROI.
- Community Engagement & User Relationship Building:
- Activate inactive users through events, identify and nurture key users (KOLs/KOCs), and build tiered user relationships.
- Keenly observe community sentiment and needs, designing targeted activities to address issues or amplify trends.

Qualifications:
- Experience & Background:
- 3+ years of community or event operations experience, preferably in Web3, finance, or high-engagement online communities.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing mid-to-large-scale community events from scratch, with measurable results.
