Job Description
This position is seeking a dedicated community operations professional to manage and grow cryptocurrency communities in the CN region. The role involves active engagement with platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, Medium, Kakao, Naver, and Instagram to foster user interaction and community vitality. Responsibilities include monitoring community dynamics, identifying opportunities for user growth, and implementing strategies to expand the local Key Opinion Collector (KOC) base. The ideal candidate will also be tasked with analyzing community data to optimize operational efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of cryptocurrency communities in the CN region, ensuring consistent engagement across platforms like Telegram, Facebook, Medium, Kakao, Naver, and Instagram.
- Develop and execute community growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and conversion within the local market.
- Identify and nurture active users in the CN community, leveraging insights to build relationships and expand the KOC network.
- Monitor community sentiment and activity levels, providing actionable recommendations to improve user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of community operations, tracking metrics such as user participation, content quality, and conversion rates.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in cryptocurrency community operations, with a strong understanding of user behavior and engagement strategies in the CN region.
