Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our multilingual content ecosystem. This role involves building and maintaining the company's knowledge repositories across various platforms while ensuring global information accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain multilingual content databases, including regular updates to PowerPoint presentations, Notion knowledge base, and Telegram resource libraries
- Coordinate global marketing materials organization, project information alignment, and promotional campaigns
- Create diverse content including social media posts, website copy, promotional slogans, and video scripts
- Manage daily operations of official social media channels (Twitter, Discord, Telegram) including content updates, user engagement, and sentiment monitoring
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and regional adaptations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with business objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge repositories across multiple platforms and languages
- Develop engaging content for various marketing channels and formats
- Monitor and respond to community interactions across social platforms
- Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure localized content accuracy
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of Web3 industry and familiarity with Web3/FinTech terminology
- Exceptional content creation and information synthesis capabilities
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Experience coordinating across time zones for global meetings and collaborations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to information accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
