Job Description
The Event Execution Specialist will primarily focus on planning and executing various types of meetings and offline events. This position requires frequent business travel within Mainland China.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of events
- Manage entire event process including budget formulation, vendor negotiation, logistics coordination, and on-site management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively promote events and enhance participation
- Handle on-site emergencies and conduct post-event reviews with benefit analysis
- Develop creative event concepts aligned with organizational objectives
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all event processes and outcomes
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle event/conference management
- Excellent budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with stress tolerance
- Proficiency in digital tools for event marketing preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends when required
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
