Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content creation plans for product lines such as spot/wealth management, ensuring alignment with market demands and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce and review external third-party materials, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Oversee the production of high-quality content within the business line, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia elements.
- Identify industry or traditional hotspots to create timely and relevant marketing materials that engage customers and support business growth.
- Implement content distribution strategies across digital platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement for target demographics.
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine future content initiatives and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content meets regulatory requirements and adheres to compliance standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge in content development.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Operations Manager or similar role, preferably with a background in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages for global and local audiences.
- Strong understanding of content creation tools and platforms, including CMS, design software, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free content production.
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies to enhance content visibility and engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Preferred experience in the financial services industry, with familiarity with wealth management and investment products.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
