Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work within the Web3 industry business department to support talent acquisition and team development
• Conduct interviews and assessments for candidates in the data analysis department
• Develop and deliver internal training programs for team members
• Create and maintain online recorded courses for continuous learning
• Serve as a part-time lecturer for specialized Web3 and data analysis topics

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Web3 industry business department
• Proven experience as a recruiter or interviewer, preferably in data analysis roles
• Demonstrated experience in internal training or teaching
• Experience creating online recorded courses is highly preferred
• Background as a part-time lecturer would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and data analysis concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development for technical subjects
• Familiarity with various learning management systems
• Ability to adapt training methods for diverse learning styles
• Network within the Web3 and data analysis communities
