Job Description
The R&D backend position is a key role in our technology team, focusing on developing robust and scalable solutions for our exchange projects. This position involves active participation in various stages of project development, from initial design to implementation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project development and code writing to deliver high-quality backend solutions
- Engage in business learning and research for exchange projects to ensure deep understanding of domain requirements
- Collaborate with team members to overcome technical challenges in exchange business implementation
- Contribute to architecture design and project standardization development to maintain code quality and system reliability
- Participate in pre-research of new technologies to keep our solutions at the forefront of industry innovation
Additional Responsibilities
The role may also involve mentoring junior developers, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend systems with other components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning in the fast-evolving blockchain and financial technology space.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with high-performance, low-latency systems in financial or exchange environments
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency exchange operations
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages commonly used in backend development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
