Job Description
We are seeking a full-time HR professional with a Business Partner (BP) orientation to join our team. This role will initially focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) tasks, expanding to broader HR responsibilities over time. The position involves recruiting both domestic and international candidates across various functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions including technical backend development, BD candidates, social media community operations, front-end development, and SEO specialists
- Utilize personal recruitment networks and channels to source qualified candidates
- Collaborate effectively with other HR team members to achieve recruitment targets
- Conduct interviews and assessments in both Chinese and English
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
- Participate in employer branding initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in HR with BP orientation, preferably starting from TA background
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for smooth communication
- Strong network and understanding of various recruitment channels
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of technical roles in backend/frontend development and digital marketing fields
