Job Description
The role involves managing and maintaining the operational stability of CEX/DEX systems, ensuring 24/7 high availability. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining public blockchain nodes and blockchain explorers, as well as monitoring their operational status and security. Additionally, the role includes designing and implementing high-availability architectures to ensure the stability of trading systems under high concurrency. The candidate will also optimize big data ETL processes for efficient data processing and storage, monitor system performance metrics, and promptly address operational issues. Participation in disaster recovery design and regular drills to ensure business continuity is also required. The role involves writing and maintaining operational documentation and providing technical support and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor CEX/DEX operations to ensure 24/7 high availability.
- Build and maintain public blockchain nodes and blockchain explorers, ensuring their operational status and security.
- Design and implement high-availability architectures for stable trading system performance under high concurrency.
- Optimize big data ETL processes for efficient data processing and storage.
- Monitor system performance metrics and quickly resolve operational issues.
- Participate in disaster recovery design and conduct regular drills to ensure business continuity.
- Write and maintain operational documentation, and provide technical support and training.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations for large-scale internet or financial trading systems.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology with hands-on experience in setting up and managing public blockchain nodes and explorers.
- Extensive experience in containerization and automated operations, with proficiency in tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in designing and implementing high-availability architectures, including load balancing and failover mechanisms.
- Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark) and experience in ETL system design and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems and performance tuning/monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong team player.
