Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the normal operation of networks, basic services, and online products by implementing proactive monitoring and maintenance strategies. Maintain system stability through regular performance tuning and rapid response to incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
• Promote operation and maintenance automation by designing, developing, and deploying custom tools and scripts. Utilize coding practices to improve team efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and standardize processes across the organization.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive blockchain monitoring system. Implement real-time tracking mechanisms, configure alert thresholds, and analyze data to identify potential risks or performance bottlenecks in decentralized applications.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of blockchain application products, including software and hardware wallet development, deployment, testing, and ongoing support. Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance. Document procedures, maintain knowledge bases, and provide training to ensure team readiness and operational continuity.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve infrastructure reliability and security. Participate in system upgrades and ensure compatibility with evolving blockchain protocols and standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in network operations, system administration, or DevOps with a focus on blockchain technologies. Demonstrated ability to maintain stability in distributed systems and resolve critical issues under pressure.
• Strong technical skills in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic protocols. Hands-on experience with wallet development, smart contract interactions, and decentralized application (dApp) deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and familiarity with log analysis, performance metrics, and incident management frameworks. Strong attention to detail for ensuring system reliability.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document processes clearly. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in network security, cloud computing, or blockchain technologies are a plus.
