Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior or Principal DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role may evolve into a management position in the future, offering opportunities for leadership and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure DevOps infrastructure.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to optimize trading systems.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure high availability and performance of trading platforms.
- Lead and mentor junior team members as the role progresses into management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, preferably in high-frequency or quantitative trading environments.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
