Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Head/Manager with a strong background in the cryptocurrency industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple business lines and recruiting diverse roles within an exchange environment. This role requires hands-on recruitment experience in an in-house (first-party) capacity, and candidates currently working as headhunters looking to transition will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment function, assembling and overseeing a high-performing recruitment team.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including front-end (e.g., customer service, BD, Operations), middle platform (e.g., product, wallet, R&D), and backend (e.g., finance, HR, risk control).
- Ensure the recruitment process aligns with business objectives and delivers high-quality talent efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry, preferably within an exchange, with responsibility for multiple business lines.
- Recent in-house (first-party) recruitment experience is mandatory; headhunters transitioning to in-house roles will not be considered.
- Proven ability to build and manage a recruitment team, with expertise in hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, as it will be the working language.
- Willingness to work on-site in both Shenzhen and Hong Kong; remote work is not an option.
- Expected base salary range: approximately 6,000-7,000 USD.
