Job Responsibilities of Operations Team Leader: 1. Based on the business needs and development plans of the exchange, develop comprehensive operations and maintenance strategies and plans, covering server operations, network management, data backup, and other aspects to ensure the stable operation of the platform. 2. Responsible for the daily management of the operations team, including personnel recruitment interviews, training, performance evaluation, etc. Reasonably allocate work tasks, enhance the overall technical level and collaboration ability of the team, and build an efficient operation and maintenance team. 3. Lead the team to perform daily maintenance and monitoring of the exchange's hardware facilities such as servers and network equipment, as well as software systems such as operating systems and databases. Timely handle system failures, optimize system performance, ensure stable operation of the platform 24/7, and cope with high concurrency transaction scenarios. 4. Establish and improve the operation and maintenance security system, formulate security strategies, and prevent security risks such as network attacks and data leaks. Collaborate with the development team to fix security vulnerabilities and ensure the security of user assets and transaction data. 5. Develop emergency plans and organize drills to ensure quick response in case of emergencies and minimize losses. Plan and manage data backup and recovery strategies, establish disaster recovery centers, and ensure business continuity. 6. Responsible for budget preparation and control of operation and maintenance costs, rational planning of resource utilization, optimization of resource allocation, and reduction of operation and maintenance costs.
