Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the company in formulating medium and long-term development strategic plans, medium and long-term investment layout plans, conducting strategic research and analysis, and implementing strategies based on the company's current business lines. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to guide the company's direction in the Web3 sector.
• Identify significant industrial strategic opportunities and risks, organize business model analysis and demonstration for new businesses, and provide decision-making support for strategic goal determination through research documents. The director will also conduct SWOT analyses and scenario planning to evaluate potential risks and opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Lead and manage teams, including investment, risk management, marketing, and other departments, to achieve good teamwork and coordination. This involves fostering a collaborative culture, setting clear objectives, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Supervise investment decisions and portfolios of Web3 projects, conduct risk assessments and management, and ensure maximum returns through rigorous evaluation and monitoring. The director will also be responsible for tracking the performance of investments and making data-driven adjustments to optimize returns.
• Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with Web3 communities, investors, partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and network growth. This includes engaging with key industry players, attending conferences, and building partnerships to expand the company's influence.
• Provide high-quality market analysis and investment advice to support and guide the company's strategic decisions in the Web3 field, including identifying emerging trends and optimizing investment frameworks. The director will also develop comprehensive reports and present actionable insights to executive teams to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic planning and investment management within the Web3 industry, with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful outcomes. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the Web3 sector, with a focus on investment strategies and portfolio management.
• Advanced analytical skills to evaluate market dynamics, assess risks, and identify high-potential investment opportunities across blockchain and decentralized technologies. This includes proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Strong leadership capabilities to direct cross-functional teams, coordinate departmental efforts, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The candidate should have a history of leading teams in high-pressure environments and driving results.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex strategies to stakeholders, negotiate with investors, and collaborate with Web3 communities. The ability to present findings to executives and engage with diverse stakeholders is essential.
