Job Description
Responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and optimization of platform activity operations. This role requires a deep understanding of platform characteristics and user behavior to design and implement activities that drive business growth. The candidate will need to analyze market trends, develop innovative activity models, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Activities should focus on key metrics such as user acquisition, engagement, retention, and transaction volume. Additionally, the role involves cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of activity strategies with product development, design, and research efforts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute activity plans tailored to platform features and user segments, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor activity performance through data analysis tools, identify bottlenecks, and propose iterative improvements to enhance user participation and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with design, product, and R&D teams to ensure activity requirements are integrated into platform development cycles and user experience frameworks.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark industry trends, refine activity templates, and improve operational efficiency through best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align activity strategies with brand messaging and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Track and report on activity outcomes, including user growth metrics, transaction volume increases, and customer retention rates, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate activity effectiveness and optimize resource allocation.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in activity planning and execution, with a strong track record of driving user engagement and business growth metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret activity data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics) and experience with performance tracking dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of user psychology and behavioral economics to design compelling activity incentives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure activity implementation success.
  • Experience in competitive intelligence analysis, with a focus on identifying market opportunities and optimizing activity templates.
  • Excellent communication skills to present activity strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
