Job Description
We are recruiting several temporary personnel for an important conference event to be held in Singapore soon. You will be responsible for on-site coordination of the venue to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • On-site Coordination: Ensure smooth event flow and timely handling of emergencies.
  • Guest Reception: Guide and assist attending guests, answer their questions.
  • Venue Management: Assist in managing venue layout, audio equipment, and other facilities to ensure everything is ready.
  • Multilingual Communication: Interact with participants from different countries, requiring fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Job Requirements
