Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models and forecasts to support business growth and investment strategies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and investment opportunities.
• Manage financial functions, including cryptocurrency holdings, fiat accounts, and asset diversification.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, especially in digital assets and blockchain.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement best financial reporting and tax compliance practices.
• Support financing work, including preparing financial materials, conducting due diligence, and communicating with investors.
• Manage investor relationships to ensure timely reporting and transparency.
• Identify and manage financial risks related to blockchain and cryptocurrency markets.
• Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks, including hedging and insurance options.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in blockchain or fintech industries.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency holdings, fiat accounts, and asset diversification.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in digital assets and blockchain.
• Experience in investor relations and financing activities.
• Ability to identify and manage financial risks in volatile markets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification such as CFA, CPA, or similar financial credentials.
• Experience in risk management strategies, including hedging and insurance.
• Background in working with legal and compliance teams on financial matters.
