Key Responsibilities
- Media Dimension: Understand the company's short-term and long-term goals, independently develop corresponding business plans, operate social media accounts, and achieve growth in fan base and reading volume.
- User Dimension: Interact with loyal users of the product, explore user needs, carry out targeted planning, and achieve user conversion and retention.
- Data Dimension: Serve as a bridge for external communication, connecting internal products and external Crypto markets, record and analyze daily operational data, and communicate with internal teams in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and business planning.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Crypto market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve growth targets.
