Job Description
The Web3 Financial Manager will be based in Hong Kong (office) and is responsible for ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, managing cryptocurrency transactions, and overseeing financial operations. This role requires strong English proficiency and a deep understanding of financial regulations in Hong Kong and other relevant jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently complete Hong Kong tax declarations and filings to ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and laws.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations affecting cryptocurrency trading, reporting, and compliance in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.
- Manage USDT-based cryptocurrency transactions, particularly salary transactions, ensuring compliance with financial security and transparency best practices.
- Conduct OTC (over-the-counter) salary payments and verify compliance with company policies and Hong Kong regulations.
- Supervise financial transactions with a focus on cross-border regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.
- Coordinate with local financial institutions to meet regulatory standards.
- Oversee budget preparation, financial auditing, and report supervision to ensure financial transparency and security within the ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in cryptocurrency financial management, particularly with USDT transactions.
- Knowledge of cross-border financial regulations in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UK.
- Ability to coordinate with financial institutions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Experience in budget planning, fund allocation, and financial auditing.
- Attention to detail and commitment to financial transparency and security.
