Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and market-savvy Public Chain Node Sales Manager to drive the promotion and sales of our public chain node services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network of node operators and achieving company sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the blockchain industry, excellent sales skills, and strong industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Node Sales: Manage the entire sales process for public chain nodes, including prospecting target customers, negotiations, and contract signing. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and cultivate potential node operator resources through industry events, online networking, and other channels. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Industry Insights & Feedback: Monitor blockchain industry trends and market demands to provide strategic recommendations. Gather customer feedback to help optimize products and sales approaches.
- Partner Relationship Management: Negotiate and establish cooperation agreements with node operators and partners. Provide technical and operational support to facilitate node setup and operations.
- Promotion Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for node services. Enhance brand awareness and market visibility of our offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in blockchain or technology sectors
- Extensive network and resources within the blockchain industry
- In-depth knowledge of public chain technologies and node operations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Experience in organizing or participating in industry events
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
