Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the research and development of large-scale B-end platforms, and independently be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of subsystems.
• Engage in the development of C-end business, correctly assess project historical debts, and actively promote and resolve them.
• Focus on user experience, conduct feasibility analysis from a data perspective, and drive project improvements and implementation.
• Collaborate with other engineers in research and development to deliver high-quality requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in large-scale platform development, with expertise in both B-end and C-end solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project historical debts and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to conduct data-driven feasibility analysis and implement improvements.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders.
• Passion for user experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
