Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our distributed AI computing platform. The ideal candidate will lead our operations team, drive technical excellence, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service to our key B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the deployment, daily operations, and optimization of a distributed AI computing platform, leading the operations team to ensure stable operation of the platform.
- Responsible for delivering key B2B customers and planning software and hardware within large IDCs.
- Participate in the design and deployment configuration of core systems.
- Lead the system operations architecture review, master relevant technical architecture and principles, proactively identify solution risks from an operations perspective, and provide professional solutions.
- Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the operations team.
- Conduct internal operations training and talent development within the team.
- Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate across teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations engineering, preferably in distributed systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
- Expertise in system architecture design and deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and risk assessment abilities
- Proven track record in team development and training
- Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with AI computing platforms is a plus
